South Sudan food security and livelihood program to support 1,160 households targets; 450HHS crop production groups, 200HHs vegetable grower's production group, environmentally friendly climate change adaptation 60HHs trains on Disaster Risk Reduction Committees (DRR), 450HHs Income Generating Activities (IGA) groups established and trained to provide with Business Start-up Cash Grants as HAGI implementing partner supported by NPA through NMFA/SDC funded 2024 in Lakes State covering, Rumbek Centre, Cueibet, and Rumbek East.
Climate Adaptation and Resilience Enhancement for South Sudan funding in Feb 2023 - Dec 2024, promote climate adaptation in integrated land use planning, and climate information services. It will include focused engagement with farmers and pastoralists (forestry, crop, and livestock production) through nature-based solutions, integrated land use planning, and climate services to deliver food security and sustainable livelihoods for 220,000 vulnerable people in areas prone to climate-related impacts supported by FAO/USAID funded.
